This has hoax written all over it . . . note that the poster gives a statute that refers to the penalty for the "crime," but not the statute referring to the crime itself. One would think that a misdemeanor complaint would notify the accused what statute has been violated, even in Wisconsin.

I stated exactly what the complaint said. I also mentioned the statute I think they meant based on the research I did last night. I don't know why/how they could have messed that part up and as I said I'm not sure how far that line of defense would get me anyway.
