HERE IT COMES!! I have KNOWN all along that he was going to push for an LA Jury. May God Himself, say NO!! He wants to be on home turf and he wants to be away from Northern California. The Law actually states doesn't it Dev, that Defendants are to be tried by a Jury of their piers "IN THE AREA IN WHICH THEY LIVE"?
