Glad you weren't hurt and she was OK after that fall!

It is surprising, having your horse suddenly hit the dirt! When Bay fell on me last summer I was on the ground before I knew we had tripped.

I felt her front end collapse, then I was on the ground. It was that quick. She did her best to stay up, but we were going at a pretty good clip and my weight I'm sure took her the rest of the way down. We gave her a couple ccs of Bute just in case before we tucked her into bed. But the expression on her face was a study! And I was picking grass out of her braids the rest of the hunt!
