I'm having a hard time with that one. Sinking two barges and no one noticed? I appreciate you posting it. As someone else on this thread said, "we are brainstorming here". Are you familar with New Era, Oregon? Isn't it right by Canby and 99E? What is your take on this article/website?

What is my take? I think it's a combination of looney tunes and somewhat conceivable. We know that only two published terrorist "cells" have been arrested in this country since 9/11, and one of them was in Portland... We're also told that suitcase nukes couldn't exist because they require constant maintenance so we shouldn't worry about them... but they also deployed nuke detection equipment to about 30 cities during the Christmas / New Year timeframe... So who knows?

Bottom line for me on this particular tidbit is it's something to keep in the back of the mind, and keep putting the pieces together.
