Biblis
Isle of Lummus
Isle of Dodge
HFAB
Turkey Point

It looks like "Isle of Lummus" and "Isle of Dodge" refers to Lummus and Dodge Islands in the Port of Miami (seaborne attack?).

Turkey Point could be a lot of places, but considering the last two "targets", could it be another seaport?

Biblis appears to be a town in Germany(???).

I'm still working on HFAB...any ideas?

"Biblis" must mean Biblis B, a nuclear reactor in Germany. Check out this story, about 1/2 way down.

Could HFAB be a typo? Maybe it is supposed to be HAFB, which could be Homestead Air Force Base, which is near Miami?

If this is so, then "Biblis" would be the odd man out here. Maybe there is more to "Biblis"? I'll keep searching.

Could the letters be scrambled? Could AFB stand for Air Force Base?
