A smart terrorist would prepare the groundwork for his attack by setting out fake hints of attack as a decoy, (recent airplane threats) and attack when we least expect it.
I have previously posted that the airplane threats were a distraction, and the real thread is not from planes, but with sleepers already here in the country to launch a combo nuke and chem attacks in multiple locations in the USA.
