That is one of those documents that scares the heck out of me. It is basically a terrorist training manual. I've glanced at it and so far I don't see any maps specifically of US cities, but there are some other pretty graphic plans in there. It is sometimes frightening the information that is available on the internet. I haven't gone through the entire document - I don't translate that quickly - but I don't see anything new in it that would relate to the current alert. Scary stuff though.

Looks like England since they're on the left side of the street as they drive off. And there's a circus (circular intersection).
