Michigan’s Republican Senate candidate Mike Rogers claimed he is ahead by almost seven percent on early-returned ballots, contrary to recent polls which lean in favor of his Democratic opponent Abdul El-Sayed.
“We’re actually about seven percent ahead on voters that we believe are voting for us returning their ballots,” Rogers said during an appearance on Fox News. Before mentioning the numbers, Rogers said they are “by our models.”
Rogers did not provide any further evidence backing up his claim, which is out of step with recent polling on the race.
A recent poll from CNN on Thursday found 49 percent of respondents backed or leaned toward El-Sayed, while 42 percent toward Rogers. Nonpartisan election forecaster Decision Desk HQ leans heavily in favor of El-Sayed, giving him a 74 percent chance of winning the Senate race.
El-Sayed has made headlines in the closing weekend of the campaign for a public spat with his former Democratic primary rival Rep. Haley Stevens (D-Mich.). He asked her to stay away from his campaign events and disinvited her from a planned appearance on Sunday after a disagreement between the two stemming from a political ad supporting El-Sayed’s campaign that appeared to blame Israel and Jews for rising costs of living.

He’s ahead by double digits by my model.
Be sure to tell Dominion how many ballots they need to flip.
>> Rogers did not provide any further evidence backing up his claim
Nor would I provide any details on my internal polling, if I were Rogers. The Hill be damned! Along with all the other “urinalists” in the tank for the DSA-rats.
I’m sure Rogers internal polling IS in fact MUCH more accurate than the rat crap being foisted off on us by the lamestream media!
I hope Mike kicks El-Kabong’s Muzzie ass.

You’re delusional.
That from you is hilarious!
It may take a couple weeks to “count the votes”.
bkmk
Which of these races can you only come to the conclusion that the polls are REALLY full of it? I’ll start with Texas and Talarico. I just can’t see how Al Sayed in Michigan can win-bet money on it? No. As for the rest we can only hope they’re wrong. Senate looks good.
>> ...Senate looks good
👍🏻
If the Senate is looking good, it stands to reason the House will do better than what the pundits are saying.
I never believe polls. How are they contacting people? Cell phone? LOLOLL!!!
Accurate polling is getting more and more difficult, especially for honest pollsters trying to gauge public sentiments. We have too many pollsters who don’t care about accuracy because their goal is to move public opinion in a preferred direction.
18-29 Early vote is 6 percent. Over 40 is 80 percent.

The headline is bunk. They have a number that they assumed would be returned by now and that number is better than 7% that their estimates. That’s how you read what he actually said. It’s not like he knows which Jihad voters voted
Dumbass traitor Thune will be sure to take all the credit.
