Insanity: Female Jurors Teamed Up During Lindsay Clancy Trial and Lined Up Media Tour
Red State ^ | September 18, 2026 | Kyle Becker

While Americans struggle to comprehend how the jury's deliberations in the Lindsay Clancy case could result in a mistrial, shameless jurors have taken to the media to publicly air their reasoning.

The results, thus far, have been horrifying.

One astonishingly chatty juror has been thrust into the public limelight to explain to Americans how the murder of three kids can be excused by postpartum psychosis.

Paula Devlin. She has been highly willing to give the public a disturbing view of the jury's decision to turn the case into a "feminist" cause. And, it turns out, they are making the case all about them.

How do we know? Devlin effectively admitted it in an interview with NBC 10 posted online Thursday.

She revealed that several jurors — during the jury deliberations — planned to do a joint interview about the Clancy case after the trial.

"None of us thought that we were going to walk out of that courthouse and have that happen," Devlin said. "You know, we thought that maybe we would do one interview together, because we really wanted to talk about post-partum. We really wanted to get that conversation going."

This is a mortifying admission. It tracks with the holdout juror's description of the jury deliberations as "activists" who had their minds made up from "day one."

In the same interview, Devlin repeated her delusional narrative that the Lindsay Clancy case was about sending a message.

"We thought, this is a real opportunity to get people talking," she said. "That's all we really thought."

When told that people are "talking," she "giggles" and adds, "Yes, they are."

We shouldn't be talking. That's the point. As RedState legal expert Susie Moore correctly pointed out, we shouldn't even know these jurors' names.

What we should have is justice for those children who were strangled by their own mother. If you want to send a message to criminals who would commit such a heinous act, you don't do it by excusing murder. You do it by convicting the wrongdoer and letting the justice system run its course.

This isn't the first time Devlin has admitted mortifying things on-air with apparently zero self-awareness that she is bastardizing the concept of justice.

As discussed earlier, Devlin characterized the Lindsay Clancy case as being about the feminist cause.

“We knew that this was a turning point, and this would be something that could change something to make it better for other women. You know, justice for those children is this never happening again,” juror Paula Devlin said.

The holdout juror who took a stand against these shameless ghouls, a black man named Michael P. Desronvil, reluctantly called out his fellow jurors for their appalling behavior.

I didn't have any doubts. As I tried to explain different possible theories during deliberation, I kept getting cut off as if I had doubts based on the evidence present. Based on all the physical evidence, key witnesses, and what the prosecution presents, I thought it was enough proof that she (Clancy) knew exactly what she was doing and planned.

The lone holdout juror, on the other hand, has been compelled to defend himself in public after all of the grossly inappropriate attacks and mischaracterization of his decision in the media. He has "lawyered up," and his attorney has issued a warning to those who may have unfairly attacked him.

This American Hero and Champion of Justice loves the United States of America as the greatest country in the world; cherishes our sacred Constitution as the pinnacle of human liberty; and supports our amazing leader, President Donald J. Trump, as a fellow defender of common-sense, liberty, and sanity.

Rest assured that the evil people who have so viciously attacked this American Hero and Champion of Justice will be held accountable to the maximum extent of the law and beyond.

Social justice is ultimately a perversion of actual justice. Justice is a matter of an individual's actions, not a matter of group identity. This is a refrain that must be driven home to such "activists."

Stunningly, "activist" doesn't seem to be taken as an epithet by these jurors, which is the truly ignominious part. It is almost like they are wearing it as a badge of honor.

What is emerging is not a picture of jurors rendering justice in a criminal case where three children tragically lost their lives, but one of jurors pursuing social justice in order to push an "activist" agenda.

The shameless jurors' self-absorbed media tour is doing tremendous damage to our justice system.

Just like in the Lindsay Clancy trial, any "insanity defense" for this appalling behavior doesn't hold up.

They believed (and still believe) that they’re heroes and that Ms Clancy was a sort of hero.

They’re in for a surprise.

Feminists = children don’t matter.

Their primary "cause", since at least the 1960s, has been the legalization of baby-slaughter. In many States, they have succeeded.

“While Americans struggle to comprehend how the jury’s deliberations...”

That’s a bit overdone. I’ve been on a criminal jury, in a case that was re-tried after a conviction was reversed on appeal, no less, and I have no problem understanding how everything went sideways.

But our jury was brilliantly instructed and tightly controlled by the judge through the whole process.

THIS judge, once things started to go wrong, supposedly interviewed each juror in private, and he COULD NOT HAVE MISSED the fact that a faction had emerged that was out to subvert justice because they wanted to “make a statement” or to “be there for Lindsay” at which point he could have and should have either declared a mistrial and imposed a gag order on the rebel jurors OR replaced the pink wrecking crew members with alternate jurors and let the deliberations resume.

The jury process has weaknesses as well as strengths. If the judge is not active in controlling the process, not to a conclusion but to prevent this kind of craziness, then he hasn’t done his job.

“We thought, this is a real opportunity to get people talking,” she said. “That’s all we really thought.”

Oh, yes. People ARE Talking! About what a bunch of foolish DOPES you are and your total perversion of JUSTICE for those three kids and their father.

Lindsey is guilty. Lock her up and throw away the key, or sentence her to life in the Loony Bin. Either way, She. Is. Guilty!

The women are about as un-attractive human beings as is possible. I have a feeling (hope) that they’ll be so off-putting that it will influence potential jurors in the next case AWAY from their point of view.

Once they start opening their yaps from sunrise to sunset, the men will think, “That’s my bitch of an ex-wife”.

When the first vote was taken in the jury room, I wonder where the other two men stood. I have a feeling that they were bullied by the harpies, and the pussies just caved.

I will kick the ant mound.

Post-partum was invented by psychologists and feminists. We never had this problem until the psycho-med pushers started their new industry. Women prior to that no doubt suffered issues after childbirth most all were able to deal with it and did not whine about it and without killing their kids (or anybody including themselves).

Women were tougher back then. Feminism made them weak which is exactly the opposite of what feminist wanted but they won’t admit their failure.

“Feminists = children don’t matter. Not even the slain daughter.”

I saw a video this morning of a pro-Lindsay woman being interviewed on the street. (Was on Chicks On The Right podcast.) Something like:

“The poor woman lost her children.” (!!! Yeah; she KILLED THEM.)

Same woman:

“It’s not about the children.” (There are no words...)

No legal rule completely bans discharged jurors from speaking to the media on their own accord after a trial ends, but they are strictly prohibited from discussing the case or communicating with outside parties during the trial.

Jurors face standard, strict prohibitions against any outside communication, social media postings, or looking up media coverage about the case. Doing so can lead to a mistrial or legal penalties for jury misconduct.

After the Trial Ends: Once a jury is officially discharged, the court no longer has the power to stop individual jurors from voluntarily speaking out. However, judges can and frequently do take heavy administrative measures to protect juror anonymity.

Recent High-Profile case.......in the major, highly publicized trial of Lindsay Clancy (which resulted in a mistrial on September 4, 2026), several jurors immediately went to major media outlets like CBS News and NBC to detail internal deliberations.

While the court could not stop those specific individuals from speaking, the presiding judge issued an emergency order indefinitely sealing and impounding the names of all jurors to prevent the press and public from tracking down or harassing the remaining anonymous members.

In summary, jurors cannot be forced to talk, and the court will protect their private identity data—but if a discharged juror chooses to approach a media outlet to give an interview, it is generally protected speech.

I agree with that.

There were a lot of very strong women in the past.

Nowadays — at least here in MA — I don’t think I know a single woman whom I would consider “strong”. They are all victims who suffer from the cruelties of an unfair world. They will say that they are strong and independent, but they also expect to be rescued because they just can’t carry their heavy burdens on their own. Adulting is hard.
