Sal Grover and Kirralee Smith, both recently fined ($100k and $95k) for misgendering men imposing on womens spaces, have received death threats from a range of transactivist organisations. Sal Grover, a single Mum, has pulled out. I don't blame her one bit. It is sickening that women exercising free speech in this country are subject to this bull sh*t. Kirralee has decided to proceed and both are Warriors. Let Women Speak events in Australia require (and tbf, receive) considerable police presence in order to defend these (usually middle-aged) women from the "be kind" crowd, who have in the past been violent and are always abusive and disruptive. What Government boasts about having sex-parity with the party, and yet sides with Men who behave like this towards women asking for their rights? All of them, actually. In Australia our sex discrimination act was altered beneath the radar to remove the definition of women and men, and elevate gender identity, meaning that a man who identifies as a woman is for all purposes, a woman in law. This is what Sal and Kirralee are fighting for: a repeal of the changes. Our Prime Minister and his tribe of handmaidens call this a culture war. It is in fact a war on womanhood.
Oh goodie, it is a relief to know it isn’t just in our drinking supply.
Will the government go after the people making the death threats as aggressively as it went after the women for “misgendering” the male athletes? Somehow, I doubt it.

Australia is a big feminist mess. These women would sue men for doing the same.

That’s become obvious. The effort that led to the 19th Amendment was started by the Industrialists back then that wanted to ‘increase the labor pool’ as factory work was very labor-intensive. They got their way and the only person that benefitted from it was Rush and his parody songs.
By the way, I’ve told my sons to ask any girl they’re getting serious about when she would support repeal of the 19th Amendment. If she says no, then any conservatism she claims is fake - any reasonable woman would put the country ahead their vote, understanding that their vote is more than nullified by at least 2 College-Educated Women.
