But even with changes in China, they are still a totalitarian system. They are a totalitarian government. They do not have free and fair elections, or constitutional rights, such as freedom of speech that we take for granted.
ANY COUNTRY that flies our congressmen and women over to their country to be indoctrinated, is creating an obvious conflict of interest for the representatives involved.
ANY COUNTRY that does this type of activity should not be viewed as an ally but as an enemy.
ANY POLITIAN who cooperates with the foreign country in the persuasion campaign should be tried for treason.
I am talking about ANY country....even those who some peopole claim are our “greatest allies”.

1. Islam is regulated
2. Homosexuality is illegal
3. For the past several years, abortion is DISCOURAGED
4. They want women married and having children. The PRC takes a very family-friendly approach in lots of ways.
5. They aren’t Woke
6. They are nationalistic
7. They have stringent immigration screening and very few immigrants, none illegally.
8. They have an economy that is more market-driven than Europe.
9. They have greater freedom of speech than the US in some ways. You can criticize anything except the government
10. They don’t have socialized health care
11. Police are everywhere.
12. They execute 1000s every year
13. No drugs
14. They are militaristic.
15. There is no cursing, nudity, or graphic violence on TV. Comedians cannot use suggestive or foul language.
16. The term “Crony capitalism” is considered virtuous
17. While small demonstrations against local government policies are sometimes allowed, large-scale stuff means the protesters disappear.
18. The streets are clean
19. The homeless are institutionalized in shelters
20. Most electrical power comes from coal.
21. Many jobs follow the “996” schedule. 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, 6 days a week
