Far-Left Lawmaker Who Introduced Joke Forced Vasectomy Bill Likely Heading To Congress In Major Upset

Five-term Pennsylvania state Rep. Chris Rabb won the Democratic primary for Pennsylvania’s 3rd Congressional District on Tuesday.

Rabb secured the Democratic nomination for the seat held by retiring Rep. Dwight Evans after securing 44.3% of the vote, according to projections from NBC News. The Pennsylvania state lawmaker’s primary victory comes after he unveiled “parody legislation” in October 2021 to “require all inseminators to undergo vasectomies within six weeks from having their third child or 40th birthday, whichever comes first.”

“As long as state legislatures continue to restrict the reproductive rights of cis women, trans men and non-binary people, there should be laws to address the responsibility of men who impregnate them,” Rabb said in a statement at the time. “My sincere hope in introducing this legislation is that my colleagues in the General Assembly consider the egregiously gendered double standard when it comes to curtailing reproductive health care as it applies to women.”

Chris Rabb told NBC10 in October 2021 that the memo was intended solely to provoke discussion in response to abortion-restriction bills being introduced across the nation, but he said the satirical legislation triggered backlash and violent threats.

Rabb’s campaign did not immediately respond to the Daily Caller News Foundation’s request for comment.

“VICTORY!” Rabb wrote in an Instagram post following his primary election win on Tuesday. “Thank you, Philadelphia. Let’s get to work.”

The winner of Tuesday’s Democratic Primary is almost guaranteed to win the deep-blue House seat in November, the Pennsylvania Capital-Star reported.

Rabb “identifies as a Democratic Socialist because he believes democracy must work for everyone — not just the wealthy few,” according to a bio on his campaign website.

“Inspired by an ancestral calling forged by a legacy of forbearers committed to racial justice, RepRabb believes that a society rooted in care, fairness and shared prosperity is both moral and achievable,” per the bio.

Rabb previously called for Pennsylvania to offer reparations to black residents of the state, the Pennsylvania Capital-Star reported in September 2019.

New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who is also a Democratic socialist, notably endorsed Rabb’s congressional campaign in April, according to a press release. Rabb’s campaign has also garnered financial support from the Congressional Progressive Caucus, The Times of Israel reported on Thursday.

So it’s a forgone conclusion that he will win the general election?

That would be rather:
racist (most 6+ “sperm donors” of multiple children are black males),
sexist (almost all 6+ “mothers” of sperm-donor children are female, despite what Jackson claims),
Islamaphobic (almost all 6+ sperm-donor patrons are Muslim-Islamics, given the few Amish in our modern world)

Pennsylvania CD 3 is just west of Philadelphia. It's biggest claim to fame is its major universities including Drexel, Penn, and Temple. It is D+40 — the most Democratic congressional district in the entire country. Biden received 91% of the vote here, his best performance anywhere in the nation.

Geography & Character

PA-03 lies entirely within the City and County of Philadelphia — 100% urban, zero rural population. It covers West Philadelphia, most of Center City, parts of North and South Philadelphia, and neighborhoods including East Passyunk, Rittenhouse, Overbrook, Roxborough, Mt. Airy, Germantown, Chestnut Hill, and Manayunk. It is the most diverse of Philadelphia's congressional districts.

Population

Population: 767,563. Area: 53.1 square miles. Density: 14,465 people per square mile. Median age: 34.4 (younger than Pennsylvania's 41.2 and the U.S. average of 39.2).

Race & Ethnicity

49.9% Black, 33.2% White, 7.5% two or more races, 7.3% Hispanic, 6.4% Asian. One of the most racially diverse districts in the state.

Income & Poverty

Median household income: $65,154 — about 80% of the Pennsylvania median ($77,545) and U.S. median ($81,604). Per capita income: $46,293. About 20.6% of residents live below the poverty line, well above both the Pennsylvania rate (11.6%) and national average (12.5%). The largest groups in poverty are women aged 25–34, followed by women and men aged 18–24.

Housing & Wealth

Median home value (owner-occupied): $276,600 — in line with Pennsylvania ($277,600) but about 75% of the national median ($360,600). About 47.7% of housing units are owner-occupied.

Education

92.6% have a high school diploma or higher. 45.8% hold a bachelor's degree or higher — about 25% above both state and national rates. The district contains major universities including Drexel, Penn, and Temple.

Employment

About 379,000 workers as of 2024, up 1.45% from 2023. Top job categories: management, office and administrative support, and business and financial operations.

Politics

Cook Partisan Voting Index: D+40 — the most Democratic congressional district in the entire country. In the 2024 presidential election, the district exceeded the national Democratic average by 40 points. In 2020, Joe Biden received 91% of the vote here, his best performance anywhere in the nation. Represented by Dwight Evans (D) since 2019. Evans announced he will not seek re-election, setting up a contested 2026 Democratic primary.

"As long as state legislatures continue to restrict the reproductive rights of cis women, trans men and non-binary people, there should be laws to address the responsibility of men [...]

Why is the talk always only about men's responsibilities? What about the "reproductive rights" of men? Isn't the State obliged to supply, e.g., incels wishing to "exercise their rights" with the corresponding women (willing or unwilling)?"

If not: Why not?

“Rabb “identifies as a Democratic Socialist because he believes democracy must work for everyone”

Democracy is not directly about the economy.

But “socialists” steal the term “democracy” to mean that the economy is NOT about free enterprise, good education, discipline, hard work and merit, but it should instead determine economic outcomes. “By our votes” to redistribute wealth. It has zero, zip, zilch to do with “democracy”, it’s merely “communism” lite.

“open more eyes to the increasing insanity of the left.”

Maybe. Let’s hope so. But I swear we might need to get far, far worse before the left would stop their headlong drive to communism.
