EXCLUSIVE: Stunning Report — 6 Non-Citizens on DHS “Worst of the Worst Criminal Aliens” List Are Registered Voters in Michigan — 2 Voted in Multiple Elections
The Gateway Pundit ^ | May. 13, 2026 | Patty McMurray

In late October 2024, a Chinese student at the University of Michigan returned to the early voting location in Ann Arbor, MI, where he had just illegally voted, to retrieve his ballot after his roommate informed him he had committed a crime by voting in the election because he was not a US citizen. The Chinese citizen, 19-year-old Haoxiang Gao, who was on a student visa, was told by the clerk it was too late: his ballot had already been tabulated and could not be returned to him. Because he self-reported his crime, the student was caught and charged with voting illegally. When it came time for him to appear in court, the student had already fled to China.

His illegal vote counted. He canceled a vote cast by a U.S. citizen (stole a vote), and in the end, there was no accountability for his criminal actions.

Welcome to Michigan, where voter rolls are so corrupt that Michigan’s Democrat Attorney General and Democrat Secretary of State are fighting tooth and nail to prevent the U.S. Department of Justice from gaining access to them over “privacy concerns.”

They tell us that this "never happens" or so rarely as to have no effect whatsoever on elections. They keep telling us this in the face of evidence that it keeps happening.

With motorvoter corruption, it’s almost automatic registration when they get a DL. And lots of non-citizens get DL’s.

That needs to be repealed, stat.

Voting needs affirmative actions initiated by the voter, at every step. Not passive automatic anything.

Yes a state can only operate as well as those elected to do so and those who did needs to look in the mirror to know why it sucks so bad.

Duh alarm goes on

And, it’s going to get a lot worse.

There are an estimated one million Chinese born on birth tourism to the US - all US citizens, as per current “birthright citizenship” - all will be eligible to vote legally in the US when they turn 18.

SoS Jocelyn Benson:
“There’s no evidence that non-citizens are voting—If they were, it would be easy to prove since VOTING RECORDS ARE PUBLIC.”

“and Democrat Secretary of State are fighting tooth and nail to prevent the U.S. Department of Justice from gaining access to them over “privacy concerns.”

Hmm, Benson...which is it — public or private? Which time were you lying? I hope the DoJ cited her testimony in its filing.

Mail in voting combined with sanctuary city and state status is a Democrat recipe for voter fraud. In no place is this more obvious than where we live in Western Washington. In our zip code more than half of households now do not speak English at home. Our local school district now has students who speak more than 133 different languages. The majority of these students are from households with illegal aliens receiving public assistance. When the state of Washington gives these individuals drivers licenses without requiring these people to speak or understand English, they also register them to vote illegally.

Our department of transportation is supposed to be in hot water for this, but state officials are doing absolutely everything that they can to obscure this. It has gotten so bad that a Washington State Drivers license now has basically no actual value in locations outside of Washington State.

This isn't about illegals voting.

It's about the govt attempting to acquire databases containing the personally-identifiable information of private citizens.

Michigan and many other states have laws on the books that protect their citizens' private personal information.

What the govt is doing is asking/telling those states to violate their own laws.

MICHIGAN ELECTION LAW (EXCERPT)

Act 116 of 1954

168.509gg Information exempt from freedom of information act.

Sec. 509gg.

(1) Subject to subsection (3), the information described in this subsection that is contained in a registration record is exempt from disclosure under the freedom of information act, 1976 PA 442, MCL 15.231 to 15.246. The secretary of state, a designated voter registration agency, or a county, city, township, or village clerk shall not release a copy of that portion of a registration record that contains any of the following:

(a) The record that an individual declined to register to vote.

(b) The office that received a registered elector's application.

(c) A registered elector's driver license or state personal identification card number.

(d) The month and day of birth of a registered elector.

(e) The telephone number provided by a registered elector.

(f) The digitized signature of an elector that is captured or reproduced and transmitted to the qualified voter file by the secretary of state or a county, city, or township clerk under section 509hh or by the secretary of state under section 307 of the Michigan vehicle code, 1949 PA 300, MCL 257.307.

(2) Except as otherwise provided in this subsection, the last 4 digits of a registered elector's Social Security number contained in a registration record are exempt from disclosure under the freedom of information act, 1976 PA 442, MCL 15.231 to 15.246. The last 4 digits of a registered elector's Social Security number contained in a registration record may only be used by the secretary of state to verify a registered elector's data as provided by the help America vote act of 2002 and to verify a registered elector's status under this act, and must not be used or released for any other purpose.

(3) If an individual preregisters to vote under section 496a, the information contained in the registration record for that individual is confidential and not subject to disclosure under the freedom of information act, 1976 PA 442, MCL 15.231 to 15.246, until that individual is 17-1/2 years of age. Once that individual is 17-1/2 years of age, the information contained in the registration record for that individual is subject to the exemptions provided in subsection (1).
