Office buildings across Maine are packed with home health care companies that rarely have anyone present, raise red flags similar to fraud patterns discovered in Minnesota and, in some cases, have overbilled the state by hundreds of thousands of dollars before vanishing, a NewsNation investigation has found.
One Portland office building houses 10 home health care businesses — about half the building’s tenants — with the landlord saying he rarely sees anyone from most of the companies except when they pay rent.
“One guy I see coming and going, and the rest of them, I never see them, only when they pay their rent, if I’m here when they pay their rent,” said Ron Nevins, who owns the building. “They’re never here. Nobody’s over here, and then all of a sudden, if it was one or two or three or four, I’d be like, ‘OK.’ But when there’s 10, I’ve had as many as 12 or 13 probably before. You just wonder, what’s up with this health care thing? Why are so many people doing it all from foreign lands?”

Not enough people are talking about how these people learned to scam the system. These are people with average IQs of 68 (if Somali).
No one moves from Somalia, lands in America and immediately begins a sophisticated scam of various aspects of US government benefits for daycare, healthcare and other money pots.
There are Democrats out there who have trained the immigrants in the fine art of scamming the government. And in return, the Democrats get a percentage of the money that can be laundered and then fed into Democrat political campaign accounts.
This needs to be explained to the taxpayers.
Republican political campaigns are funded by US citizens who choose to donate part of their paycheck to GOP political campaigns, because the US citizens agree with the policies promoted by the GOP.
Democrat political campaigns are funded by taxpayers who are forced to pay taxes, which are then scammed by immigrants who launder the money and feed it into Democrat campaigns which are aimed at destroying this country and screwing the taxpayers who involuntarily and unknowingly fund the whole thing.
So who provided the assessment? Perhaps they got the result because they're illiterate? They're a bunch of pirates so obviously they're "street smart".

So the Dems could 1) capture their vote, 2) teach them how to scam our systems, and 3) get 50% of the scammed money. The USAID and NGOs were all complicit in this scheme.
There is NO WAY third-world illiterates a half-world away could have possibly figured out how to scam our systems on their own. The best those Neanderthal in-breds could figure out is piracy on the high seas. CDPAP provides services to chronically ill or physically disabled individuals who have a medical need for help with daily activities or who require skilled nursing services. The CDPAP services provided by a personal assistant can include any of the services normally provided by a personal care aide (home attendant), home health aide, or nurse.
