Well, there goes full faith and credit. Be the first to punch am Illinois Dem in the nose and then run to Texas. Illinois doesn’t have to respect their warrants, then why would Texas honor Illinois?

The Constitution, in Article IV, Section 1, says:
Full Faith and Credit shall be given in each State to the public Acts, Records, and judicial Proceedings of every other State.
Those warrants are not any of those.
A Person charged in any State with Treason, Felony, or other Crime, who shall flee from Justice, and be found in another State, shall on Demand of the executive Authority of the State from which he fled, be delivered up, to be removed to the State having Jurisdiction of the Crime.
These warrants are not for treason, a felony; in fact, they don't allege a crime. So as a matter of law I don't think the judge is wrong.
