I would rather sit through Two Showings of SONG OF NORWAY(1970) than this piece of dreck.

We made a shitty movie! But it is still whitie’s fault that we did so - despite the fact that is an original whitie story. Don’t worry about thinking deep thoughts - just think what we tell you.

Lilly James made a great Cinderella. My wife insisted on watching it a dozen times.

YouTubers and bloggers probably bought half the tickets.
Where I live, the two IMAX showings today sold zero tickets. But it’s a Wednesday. So I checked the weekend when parents have their kids all day out of school. The 1:40 matinee presold zero tickets and the 4:45 show presold 2 tickets. In practical terms it just doesn’t get any worse than that.

I'm willing to watch just about any movie out of intellectual curiosity. Even the bad movies have some merit as I like to look for goofs, explore the cinematography, the music choices, and whatnot.
But when the star of the movie is a brassy loudmouth that makes leftist politics his/her entire life, it makes me not even want to see the movie in the first place.
This nutjob just cost Disney hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue.
Nobody in Hollywood should ever hire her again.
To: MinorityRepublican
I wonder how it even got that much at the box office.
Maybe some ghost leftist organization buying up tickets.

The Chosen Season 5 (IIRC) is due to open this coming weekend in theaters.
It should be very enlightening to see the difference in box office sales.

The dusky Latina doesn't seem like she's the brightest bulb in the box.
She acts like she is still in junior high school. A twerp versus the IDF?
No contest.

May it die an ignoble death and its fate serve as a lesson to be learned. Disney has done a lot of idiotic things for quite some time, and I don't think the success or failure of this movie will change much.

It’s amazing. She’s at best marginally prominent; this movie and make or break her career. The first time she popped off it was pretty bad, but you can imagine how the studio could think it could be a one off. What amazing is they didn’t shut her up after that

#11: "Nobody in Hollywood should ever hire her again."
Wish that were true, but these days they keep foisting losers upon us. Leonardo DiCaprio
for example. Without all his industry inside connections, Leo would be just another twerp
at Starbucks.
