Unfortunately, the appointments of Electors by State Legislatures do not constitute a “Federal election”.
There is no grant of power in the Constitution to allow any of the three branches of the Federal government to interfere in these state processes.

The dem’s love of making states conform to Ruling Class morality and virtue signaling by dangling conditional funds (conditions not approved by Congress) in front of the states is coming back to bite them in the ass.
In the long run, I would like to see this go away entirely. At the moment, though, it’s fun to watch. The D’s single biggest weapon against Americans turned against them.
And within 48 hours there will be a Dem district court judge issuing a nationwide restraining order bloacking all of it.
In Washington State the Department of Licensing has been handing illegal aliens drivers licenses and knowingly registering them to vote for the last 20 years or so. Operatives in the State know exactly who the illegal aliens are and know that they will not object when a ballot is cast in their name.
Because all of our elections are vote by mail, no one has to show any form of identification mail or hand in their votes. We have had elections where conservatives were polling 10 points or more ahead of their rivals and still lost. If a conservative wins somehow more and more ballots are found with no chain of custody produced until the liberal eventually pulls ahead after multiple recounts.
Don’t believe me... Look up our December 2004, Washington Gubernatorial Race where Christine Gregoire was declared the winner by 133 votes after two recounts... Dino Rosi was declared the winner twice. When Dino ran again, the same types of shenanigans were pulled a second time only the Democrats planned ahead and made the margin of victory greater despite even biased polling that showed that Rossi was going to win.
The last three elections (from 2020-2024) were ridden by rampant examples of election fraud perpetrated by the Democratic Party.
Communism never rests they only have one goal total power one way or another.
