I disagree. Move agencies to small cities, so the big city sophisticates won’t even want to take jobs there. For example, I’m thinking Cheyenne or Laramie for BLM
Wyoming could handle a small department. It’s a small state population-wise. Still let them hang out with their own kind where their votes won’t affect us. The big city mayors will welcome them.
