There's no "trick" to influencing a narcissist who is as severely impaired as Trump. He invariably agrees with the last person to whom he's spoken, provided said person has been savvy enough to stroke his warped ego in the proper fashion. Trump demonstrated this time and time again during his first administration.
There is no better Trump. So expect more of the same should he be elected again.
