An angry Tennessee man, allegedly the HOA president of a neighborhood in Admiral’s Landing, has been caught on video destroying a teenager’s fishing rod and aggressively confronting him and another teen over supposed trespassing on private property.
This outrageous behavior has earned him the label of a male ‘Karen,’ a term used to describe individuals who display entitled and often unreasonable behavior.
The incident was captured and shared on TikTok by an account named FishnShi, which documents fishing adventures throughout Tennessee.

I found out that due to an easement, the kids did have the RIGHT to fish on that lake so the angry drunken Karen was WRONG.

There was a time in America when the boy's father would apologize to this man, and punish his son for trespassing.

after watching You can tell they were told to leave...and didn’t. So had they left, called the Police themselves...the police would’ve told them either no they don’t have to leave, or yes they do. Instead they decided to push the envelope. Not saying they were right or wrong, however they wanted to push the situation... they got precisely what they were after.

The thing that struck me was how worked up this guy got over such a trivial and harmless thing. Talk about a lack of perspective.

Hoa president.....I live in in hoa neighborhood....some of those idiots think they have complete power everything homeowners can do.....if this incident is any indication, this guy strikes me as one of those.
HOAs are a double edged sword......thec trick is to get the right board members and keep the jackasses off.
The smaller the HOA the better. Once they get a big budget look out.

I once read an article about that. In the UK, if some person or some organization owns all the land around a natural lake, then they own the lake. But in the US, the lake is still owned by the public. And so there must be an easement for the public to use the lake.
I hope I’m remembering that article correctly.
The problem with mine is “selective enforcement”
They keep picking on an 85 year old widow that attends my church for things that aren’t even in the covenants and restrictions and then turn a blind eye to a boat and trailer parked in a homeowners driveway for weeks on end that IS a clear violation.....OBTW the boat was psrkrd 4 doors down from an hoa board member.

Their ability to rationalize everything in their favor and every wrong because of someone else rolls off their tongue like butter on an ear of hot corn. It just comes naturally to them.
