California voters have proven themselves to be as dumb as the dumbest in the country.
They aren’t necessarily all “dumb.” Remember, kalifornia led the nation in perfecting vote fraud. Now, it’s just a matter of the “frog in a pan of water over a flame enjoying the warmth until it boils” phenomenon. Stockholm Syndrome anyone?
