I don't believe him when he says he will vote for Biden. He has to say this to maintain his relevance and get his views heard. He knows how intolerant liberals are, and if he admits to voting for Trump, they will immediately excommunicate him, and ignore all his commentaries.

"I will vote for Biden" is a fiction he has to adopt to make himself heard.

Maher is not as informed as he wants us to believe. Until a couple of days ago he actually thought policemen had been killed at the Jan 6 “insurrection”.

He has no way of sending them home. They show up at the border under this rule and are not sent back because operationally they don’t have the means to do it. So, they release them into the country to fly back on their own which, of course, they do not do. There was a report that a guy from Columbia showed up at the border but they have no way to schedule one person to fly back to Columbia. So, they left him off at a bus stop in San Diego and told him to go to Newark and fly back to Columbia on his own.
