How does something that doesn’t exist become a UN member?

It works like this. When enough UN member states decide something does exist, they’ll make the call to recognize the new territory/state.
It won’t be Gaza, it’ll be the Palestinian territory known as the West Bank to the Arabs and Judea & Samaria to the Israelis.
Thank you for the information. IF that happens, then can/will everyone who call themselves Palestinians leave Gaza? Or is that a stupid question?
