It seems odd that it took 5 years to file charges against this man.
They just let him continue to defraud the government for 5 years after they determined he was running a tax fraud operation.
Now I suppose that they are going to have charge all of his customers now some of whom would not have broke the law had they shut this guy down in 2018.

They just let him continue to defraud the government for 5 years after they determined he was running a tax fraud operation. They do this because they want the penalties and interest to rack up. That, and they are incompetent. That's how they roll.
