When democrats gave power to criminals and thugs and NOT to the decent people in the black community, the culture of decency died... and with it most of the things that make community life pleasant.
The garden was a make-shift garden established by BLM when they took over Cal Anderson Park. The public never used it only the thugs. It was basically just established as a place where the creeps could hang out and do dope.
I had to look it up to discover it was not one of Seattle’s actual gardens.
