UC Berkeley Law School Dean Erwin Chemerinsky is shocked, shocked at the amount of antisemitism present throughout elite academia.
Obviously, he hasn’t been reading my blog. Over 20 years ago I was running a series of posts tagged “Berkeley Hatewatch Update,” tracking hateful and antisemitic behavior at UC Berkeley.

Yes, I remember hearing lectures from Chemerinsky nearly 30 years ago. He’s been a strident, doctrinaire leftist for decades. As a law school dean and alleged expert on the Constitution, he’s always been a go-to guy for the media to get quotes bashing GOP presidents, GOP SCOTUS nominees, pro-life rulings, pro-2nd amendment rulings, pro-business rulings, etc. etc. What a shock to him to find out how many of his fellow travelers on the left hate his guts.

Reminds me of this old quip about working.

Those who can’t, TEACH.”
“Those who can, DO.
Those who can’t, TEACH.”
And those who can’t TEACH, end up in Congress.
