“Vehicle manufacturers are now tracking and storing some very personal data inside the car’s internal computers, including things like if you have sex inside the car and even your unique genetics”
So I can see them giving your data they glean from the paper wok you fill out when buying the vehicle but as far as tellingin if you have sex in it seems to be a stretch.
No more back seat hanky panky
No more paradise by the dashboard light.
Having sex in the car back in the 70s was fun... now I hurt just getting in and out.
I’m sure my ‘95 truck is not taking DNA samples and recording movement and grunting sounds.
if auto manufactures are putting listening devices, video recording devices, etc... in your care that YOU own, that would be a violation of Federal law I would believe ... wouldn’t it?
I can’t just place a video camera in Jury room for example or a public restroom ... so how can they be placing these things in new cars without your consent?
#15 If you rent a car the information is left in the vehicle if you connect to your phone. You probably would know it did or if so then forget to erase the contacts and who knows what else.
Hard to find that info out.
Can you disable the cars ability to communicate?
I think by purchasing it you give consent
