Things got heated with the "It's Ma'am" guy who tried to follow this father's daughter into the women's restroom.

The dad even gives the trans guy a stern talking to:
"You are a man, start acting like a man... You're a man! Act like one! Why are you acting this way? I'm a man. So are you."
I love it!
Of course, "It's Ma'am" guy responds just the way you'd expect:
"No, I'm not...I was born intersex, dude. In case you don't know what that is, I was born with both."
Chad Dad is having none of it when it comes to his little girl.
"Sir, you're going to have a problem if you keep going into women's bathrooms," the father warned. "Somebody's going to do something to you. I'm just telling you the truth."
And then like every real woman would, "It's Ma'am" guy demands satisfaction in a fight.

“I was born intersex”. No such thing. He was born delusional if anything.
You can tell he knows he’s lying when he says he was born intersex which is a rare genetic condition that also has nothing to do with transgenderism.
About the only way it'd be funnier is if he backed a trailer. LOL

Extremely rarely, some babies are born with indeterminate sexual organs. Now that there is DNA testing, wouldn’t it be easy to tell exactly which sex such a baby is?

That’s due to a hormone malfunction during gestation. But a human is still either male or female based on their sex chromosomes, which is set at conception and cannot be changed. A person can only be male or female, not both, and not neither.

There is a genetic line in Ecuador wherein many boys are taken to be girls at birth but become obvious boys as puberty starts to develop.

They can be both, in multiple ways, unfortunately, including having XXY and XX/XY chromosomes.

I heard, I think from Heather Weinstein's (evolutionary biologist) podcast,that at the reproductive level there is no such thing as intersex. Male or female is all there is. Ambiguous genitalia (not "both") is what is meant by intersex. So I think you are right: the ambiguity resolves at the DNA of the invidividual.

Trying to rationalize why a mentally sick individual thinks they way they do is pointless.
