BREAKING: IRS whistleblowers confirm FBI knew Hunter Biden's laptop was authentic in 2019–still encouraged media to believe it was 'Russian disinfo'

"The FBI verified its authenticity in November of 2019 by matching the device number against Hunter Biden’s Apple iCloud ID," IRS whistleblower Shapley testified.

The FBI knew the laptop Hunter Biden abandoned at a Delaware repair shop was authentic back in 2019.

IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley Jr revealed in testimony to the House Ways and Means Committee that "in October 2019, the FBI became aware that a repair shop had a laptop allegedly belonging to Hunter Biden and that laptop might contain evidence of a crime."

This was a full year before the laptop came to light via the New York Post's Emma Jo Morris, who broke the story. The stories were censored and suppressed on social media, and the Biden campaign solicited a supportive intelligence official to express that the laptop had all the earmarks of "Russian disinformation."

That sympathetic agent then contacted intelligence officials and drafted a letter they all signed claiming it looked like Russian disinformation. Biden campaign official Jen Psaki, later the White House press secretary, went on record saying the laptop was Russian "disinfo."

The Twitter Files, investigated by Michael Schellenberger, Matt Taibbi and others, showed that the FBI, knowing the veracity of the laptop, encouraged social media companies to believe that it was Russian disinformation. The laptop contains vast evidence of influence peddling by Hunter Biden on the family name as well as information about complicated, shady, foreign business dealings that lined the Biden family's pockets.

Before the laptop came to light in October of 2020, Yoel Roth, former Twitter head of trust and safety, took part in a "tabletop exercise" at the Aspen Institute in September of 2020 on a potential "hack and dump" operation regarding the laptop.

Fox and Friends discussed the matter on Friday after Thursday’s drop of new IRS whistleblower documents.

"The FBI knew the whole time," said host Brian Kilmeade. "You didn’t need 51 intel experts saying it was Russian disinformation. That stuff was real, including certain text messages that make Hunter and the family look terrible." "The FBI verified its authenticity in November of 2019 by matching the device number against Hunter Biden’s Apple iCloud ID," Shapley testified.

Shapley said: "If search warrants or witness interviews or document requests that include the actual subjects’ names are not allowed, for example, that is simply a deviation from the normal process that provided preferential treatment, in this case to Hunter Biden. The case agent on this case was one of the best agents in the entire agency.

"Without his knowledge and persistence, the DOJ would have prevented the investigative team from collecting enough evidence to make an informed assessment, which ultimately included even DOJ agreeing on the recommended criminal charges. I am alleging, with evidence, that DOJ provided preferential treatment, slow-walked the investigation, did nothing to avoid obvious conflicts of interest in this investigation."

This is a breaking story and will be updated.

Again: this is why it matters that Donald Trump never knew a single person he could rely on for any position anywhere in government, outside of the court picks that the Federalist Society found for him. This was 3 years after the election, and the FBI was still 100% in hands of the Stalinists.

I betcha that these real men of genius at the congress are going to discover in the next year or two that the FBI knew that hunter’s laptop was real and that it was hidden from the public to sway the election results! But, alas, the stat-of-limit has expired BUT WE WILL GET THEM NEXT TIME!!!!! The Grand Old Party needs to be renamed the Feckless Old Party.....

Frankly, I'm not so sure about their recommendations either.

We are being played here. Be careful what you ask for. You will get it.

This needs to be a bribery and treason case. Making it a tax issue is like Al Capone justice. All the corruption and underlying crimes which connect all the players gets tossed aside,

I never thought I’d see the day where the IRS is more honest than the FBI. Lol.

This is why he wanted a special master to review seized documents: no trust in DOJ/FBI. He’s got no reason to trust them where he himself is concerned. He’s hyper aware of politically motivated acts by people who had a sworn duty to get it right, not weaponize the system.

Allowing the lie of the Russian disinformation regarding the laptop to thrive was itself election interference. The first Russia Hoax was also election interference before and after the fact. It was at least as much a “threat to democracy” as J6 if not more so. It colored interactions with foreign powers and undermined support for his agenda with his own party in congress, not just doubts placed with the American People who had just elected him.

Trump’s campaign attempting to bring light to Biden corruption allegations is not election interference. It better be real independent allegations, not whole cloth nonsense like the Steele dossier.

We already know the root of the Russia Hoax, what if we find out Biden was pay to play at VP? That destroys the narrative sold by the Left entirely.

If Biden really has been pay to play, every voter deserved to know and Trump asking for cooperation from Ukraine on an investigation is not out of bounds. Is our Ukraine policy in its war with Russia influenced by Biden payoffs? We need to know the facts not just a Vietnam-style domino theory about Russia moving on NATO if Ukraine falls.

FBI reputation is done. The next administration needs to dissolve it and start fresh. I am not sure reform alone would be enough to restore faith in justice as nonpartisan. It’s the kind of thing that almost needs a blue panel commission if they offered anything of value.

SCOTUS picks were very good. First president not to appoint a liberal since the 1920s.

The FBI continues to give aid and comfort to the domestic and foreign enemies of the United States.

The FBI should be dissolved, and nothing should replace it. Leave it to the State Police in each of the fifty States.

How is this even a question?

We all knew it was real. Many of us have seen documents, photos, videos, etc.. - some very disturbing.

Didn’t Hunter attempt to claim it wasn’t abandoned? That the owner of the store had no right to it?

We’ve all known for years. The only question was, where is it? Or what are you doing with it?

Of course we all know. Nothing.
