Sounds like trauma or a type of PTSD. From what I have read (along with a boatload of mandatory college psych classes), it’s not an uncommon trait among those wishing to cause self harm as a result of their low self-esteem stemming from unwanted and forced sexual experiences in their youth. You see that a lot in hookers and strippers as well.
