Chicago police arrived at the robbery scene within minutes and allegedly found James Taylor, 20, still there, enjoying the victim’s delicious fried chicken. Sweet Baby James?

I’m impressed the Chicago police arrived within minutes. I am under the impression such speedy responses are a thing of the past. Maybe it’s the fried chicken.
