Doesn’t Russia realize if they hit Ukraine with a tactical nuke, the radiation winds would blow right into Moscow?
Take a look at the radiation spread from Chernobyl.
It went all over the place. I, and as far as I know, one other fellow on FR got a dose from that.
I was in Scotland at the time and the people where we were staying, her husband worked at the Nuclear Sub base there. He came home and told everyone to stay TO HELL inside because the detectors were gong nuts all over the place.
Next day..the wife and I took off, got to the airport and caught a plane back to N America.

It is not true. The planet spin toward the east. So any dust came to air will hung in it but the surface will move to east and westerns part came under for settling on. So dust may reside down now. And it will be westerns lands to reside on.
Remember when Chernobyl incident happened then almost all of nuclear dust went west. Not went actually just got into air and globe spinning puts western lands under the dust settling.
