A set of international codes are used by the medical industry for billing purposes under Medicare-Medicaid and the private insurance companies, but it’s not just about billing.
These codes are part of the International Classification of Disease (ICD) system set forth by the United Nations World Health Organization and they’re about to get far more invasive.

I have a long time Christian friend who remarried a few years ago. Her husband works for FEMA. I talked to her months ago and she was very busy with him, having to track everyone that got the jab. I wasn’t able to be on the phone with her long enough to find out more and get any insights. I figured if FEMA was involved that it was for nefarious reasons regardless what they were told.

Its perfectly ok to lie to a doctor about anything not related to the purpose of healing your ailment and even that can be embellished to get proper care.
That cinches it, I’m telling my nosy Dr. next check-up that I had a change of heart, took his advice, and am now fully vaxxed and up to date. Let him put that in my medical records. Can’t hurt. I’ve told a lot bigger bullshit stories than that.

I think you are setting yourself up for unintended consequences by BS’ing your doc about the shots. I think it would be best to give a neutral reply if asked about shots such as “it’s no ones business how many covid shots I got”.
What unintended consequences would that be?
I guess I could give him a Dr.Faucci answer and say I don’t recall if I got it or not. Some of their own medicine. My doctor pissed me off the last time I was there trying to get me jabbed. Also my wife got covid, and the prick wouldn’t prescribe her Ivermectin when requested. I got some horse paste at Tractor supply and it took care of it, but I’m not forgetting or forgiving our doctor for that. It’s hard as hell to get a new family doctor around here, none are taking new patients. I always liked this doctor for over 30 years, but he really drank the cool aid on this covid crap.
This is not the “Medical Profession” Actions such as this are attributable to bureaucrats who have hijacked medicine. Once the government took over with Medicare and Medicaid and started dictating policy, procedure, and protocols, medical care has been subjected to the “Golden Rule.” “He who has the Gold, Makes the Rules.”
The Medical Profession has lost control and is now subject to the dictates and whims of unelected bureaucrats. Public Health is following in the path of Public Education.
I had to train them in a university hospital. I don’t go willingly. If a Christian friend isn’t resurrecting me, I might consider one. Best way to save your life is to avoid them.
That’s why they are called “unintended” because a person simply is not aware of what they could be.
But one example would be. If your med records say you’ve had the shots and later on it is proven that these shots interact badly with a future medicine, you may not be eligible for that medicine, even if it’s life saving.
A person can only guess as to what the unintended consequences would be to making a false statement. Once made it’s dificult to retract. IMO it’s always best to be vague or tell them to go to hell.
Regarding your second comment, I had the same experience. My doctor of 25 years badgered me for 15 full minutes trying to get me to take the shots. I refused and he was openly pissed off the rest of the physical exam. I changed doctors, no more use for jerks like that.
