One of the problem with taking police abuse to court is that the cops and the judge are both government employees.

This may be a bit harsh, but saying you support the police even though they have KNOWN issues and acknowledging they know they need to address them seems a bit squishy. Those “issues” have been around for decades. It’s a culture of thuggery and intimidation. Maybe even juiced up on Roids too.
Personally, the police,local, state and especially federal can ALL GO TO HELL!!
A normal healthy 15 year-old boy thinks about sex. Period. There is no way around it - and there’s nothing wrong with it.
Acting on it when it’s inappropriate - that’s a different matter.
