McConnell, Rove, & the RINOs lost New Hampshire, & their strategy may be working in Arizona. As Bolduc & Masters closed in on their opponents, McConnell's PAC pulled $ out of those races. They'd rather have a Democrat majority than a GOP one w/the likes of Masters & Bolduc.

Confirmed. I noticed on a youtube channel this was being discussed and another individual was explaining how voters they knew got this mixed up precisely as you described. Apparently a lot of pro-life voters botched this and voted in a way diametrically opposed to their own values out of misunderstanding the statement on the ballot.

There is a certain amount of “legalize” required with these things simply by definition and after 2 or 3 comma separated phrases the non-legal mind just starts to glaze over trying to understand it, unfortunately.
