“So as long as you take an emergency use vaccine, you can’t sue them. Once they get approved, now you can sue them, unless they can get it recommended for children. Because all vaccines that are recommended, officially recommended for children get liability protection, even if an adult gets that vaccine.

When I was a kid we had childhood diseases like mumps, chicken pox, and measles which I had in college. They were no big deal. We had NO vaccines until I was 12, polio vaccine. My mom was 36, it was her first vax. She is now 96 and super healthy, lives in an apartment alone. People check on her but she is just fine. 3 of my grandkids have had NO vaccines and are super healthy. One has had ALL her vax and she is forever sick.

AZ just went universal school choice. If they mandate the jab, families will flood away from public schools.

Actually, this is GOOD NEWS in that it will likely drive millions more to home school.
It’s like pulling teeth to get parents, even conservative parents, to realize the dangers they expose their kids to in public schools, but the Democrats are managing to do just that.
Alabama had already passed a law last year that prevents schools and businesses from mandating the covid-19 shot. So, this CDC change will not affect Alabama children.
