There was an article this week saying that 25 million humans were trafficked last year which means an awful lot of people have gotten away with crimes against humanity and the majority of it was sexual in nature. They were likely smarter than Hunter but fortunately for Hunter Washington elite don't have to be all that smart, just well connected.
