HOW TO ASSURE A CLEAN HONEST ELECTION:
1. Clean accurate voter roles
2. Picture ID
3. Paper Ballot
4. Multiple observers from all parties with close access.
5. Mail in ballots only for those with medical problems or out of the country. Signature verification a must.
6. No ballots accepted after election day.
7. Count the ballots under observation and see who won.
Can’t forget a chain-of-custody (track # out/in, elim. the ‘lost/found’ issue) of ALL ballots as well as a ballot validation (MICR, micro-print+), to ensure it was within what was sent out for use
