They’d better be able to bring in a voting machine and demonstrate a miscount in the courtroom or they’ve got nothing.
Personally, I don’t think the voting machines were the biggest problem; it was the totally out of control mail-in voting.
The machines kept it close enough for the rest of the steal. In Georgia the count was halted half way through for a “software update” to the machines because the rigging was not enough.
The landslide was so big that the 5% or so the voting machines could change wasn’t even close to overtaking the lead Trump had. The mail ins and stuffing the boxes was there ace in the hole. They could use those to bring in as many ballots as needed..
