Annalee Schlossberg is one of the co-owners. They also own 375 Fries (includes fried chicken), their flagship business, which has restaurants in Hong Kong and Qatar, as well as NYC. Their fries must be extremely popular and likely very expensive.

As a waiter and bartender in my college days I once served a food critic named Elain Tate for the Philadelphia Inquirer. I had no idea it was her until I ran her card. The restaurant owner showed up at my door at 6:00 AM the following day wanting to know everything I could tell him about how their meal went? I told him “they ate it all and I poured heavy so he should be fine” I must have been uninspiring because she never wrote a review.
