My Stepson had two family members that committed suicide. A brother and an aunt. The family is still trying to cope, it was devastating.

Really good friend of ours lived an alternate lifestyle. He broke up with his significant other and went thru heavy depression. A year or two went by and he rekindled a friendship with his ex and house sitted for him while he and his new lover were in Hawaii. He went into his exes car in the garage and started it, took a bottle of sleeping pills and then shot himself.
The tragedy of it all was this was his mother’s third son to take their life. He knew what the first two did to his mother but he couldn’t help himself. Very sad.
