Second Oathkeeper Pleads to Junk Seditious Conspiracy Plot — Faces Up to 40 Years in Prison
The Gateway Pundit ^ | April 29, 2022 | Jim Hoft

January 6 defendant Brian Ulrich pleaded guilty to junk seditious conspiracy charges on Friday for his participation in the Jan. 6 protests in Washington DC. Ulrich faces up to 40 years in prison by the regime.

Ulrich was arrested on 8/9/21. He appeared in a hearing with other defendants who are charged in association with the Oathkeepers organization.

Ulrich talks smack on Telegram so the regime arrested him and will now destroy his life. He sobbed as the judge said he could face 20 years in prison for the junk charges — more than killers and rapists.

Ulrich has no prior criminal offenses. 11 Alive reported:

As part of the plea agreement, the government will consider Ulrich’s case at an Estimated Offense Level of 26, which according to federal sentencing guidelines, would result in 63-78 months in prison because he has no prior criminal history.

However, the sentencing judge in his case is not bound by the agreement and could offer any sentence up to the 20 years max for each of his offenses.

Here’s the report from fake news Politico.

A second member of the Oath Keepers facing a seditious conspiracy charge for his role in the Jan. 6 breach of the Capitol pleaded guilty Friday and is preparing to cooperate with prosecutors.

Brian Ulrich, one of 11 Oath Keepers facing the gravest charges to emerge from the Jan. 6 attack, pleaded guilty to seditious conspiracy and obstruction of Congress’ electoral vote-counting session. He follows Joshua James, an Oath Keeper who provided personal security to Roger Stone, who pleaded guilty to seditious conspiracy last month.

As some of the comments surmise, they believe this guy was probably tortured for over a year in jail and would confess to anything.

May those of the deep state be done to as they do to others.

Try to save the Republic -- 40 years.

Then, in other news today, 68 bullets fired in Near North shootout, but man accused of taking part only faces misdemeanor after prosecutors reject felony charges.

How many BLM and Antifa rioters got 20 years?

During the 2020 riots, there was a spate of police assassinations. Does anybody know what the sentences were for people who were convicted of killing a police officer during that time frame. I remember incidents where people called 9-1-1 and then ambushed the police who arrived and assassinated them.

What kind of sentences did they get for murdering police officers in cold blood Just curious.

He should’ve taken a better look at the trial of those at the FBI infiltrated and set up for the kidnapping of the governor

Few Republicans will come to their aid.

Few will help bail them out.

With friends like that, who needs enemies?

Agreed. There was little to no method to provide assistance, legal or otherwise. Intentional? I think so. Like pissing in the wind.

Is “junk” a legal term?

Your post notwithstanding, why would he plead to this? Make them prove it in court.

I doubt he was even given a paper or had access to TV in jail so he was probably oblivious to that trial.

Yes your life has already been ruined.. Make them shed the light on these phony charges and lock-ups.. Where is the attorneys trying to get these trials appealed? At least go to an appellate court for them being treated like this..

why would he plead to this?

They may have threatened his family, like they did to General Flynn.

There has been no trial, so nothing to appeal. If he pleads it's over, no appeal. If he can't afford attorneys, he probably can't do worse than this deal if he represents himself.

Could be. Is that what they did to McViegh?

Seditious conspiracy is not the same as insurrection. It is not exactly treason, either.

That’s actually laughable.

Seditious Conspiracy under 18 USC 2384 absolutely falls into the general category of “insurrection” and treason and it’s located in Chapter 115 of Title 18 for that very reason. In fact, it’s actually more serious offense than 18 USC 2383.

18 USC 2384: “If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.”

18 USC 2383: “Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.”

Consider the possibility that Oath Keepers/Patriot Front/Proud Boys are all honeypots, and these guys pleading to serious charges from Jan 6 are actually protected Judas goats.

I hope he can hold out until this illegitimate regime is sent packing.

In addition to a full pardon, he deserves some MAJOR compensation.
