I’ve searched diligently, but for some reason I can’t find a record of “insurrection” investigations against the Members of Congress who signed the Southern Manifesto of 1956:

She should argue that Original Jurisdiction means that only the Supreme Court can rule on her eligibility to retain her office in Congress.
Invoking the Constitution elevates the case from an intra-party, intra-state squabble to a sitting Congressional Representative defending her right to hold office.
Article III Section 2 states:
In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction...I don't think the state party can invoke the 14th amendment for a state party primary. The state itself has to make the charge. That would make the state a party to the case, which makes the Supreme Court the court of original jurisdiction. The state cannot take a side on intra-party politics.
The state party can't claim any harm until she wins the primary. They can only make the claim now, as she is a sitting Congresswoman. If they are not willing to try to expel her now as an insurrectionist, but are willing to try to keep her off the ballot for a future seat, then the ripeness test fails.
By the party's own admission, she's not too much of an insurrectionist to be removed immediately, but she's enough of an insurrectionist that the can't be allowed to run again?

She should run anyway and she will get elected in a district that gave Trump 70 percent of the vote; the new R House will then seat her. The judge in this case is one NPR’s Nina Totenberg sister - I know nothing about the judge but Nina Totenberg is about as far left as it gets, and she is paid with taxpayer money.

This is merely taking the truth, labeling it a lie, and stating it in so many ways to make it so. If left to its natural course, the “Jan 6 insurrectionists” will printed in newer history books, until it all but fades into the woodwork of the cabal’s narrative.
The deep state has done this MANY times, ingraining a lie into the fabric of society, over the course of at least a century. From the Titanic/Jekyll Island, to World Wars and Albert Pike, to the JFK murder, to Bush/Rumsfeld/911.... to the Jan 6 Insurrection (future).

No, I think MTG was removed from Committee assignments bc the Dems did it and they are currently in the House majority. When the Rs get in, Raskin should be removed from his committee assignments.
Absolutely incredible how the left is literally putting an end to democracy with all these moves. Clearly, this is a test run to keep Trump off the ballot. The question is, will good men let that happen.
