Look at his eyes. They’re black as coals.

if you look at much, much earlier pics, like years ago, his eyes are blue.... Every time he make a speech or goes out in public, his eyes turn this black, like a sharks eyes.... a true sign he is pumped up with drugs.

Oh yeah. My guess is Xanax. He can function on that for a while but it takes a toll, especially on his liver and for a man his age it's even harder on his liver.

One of the side effects of long term use of Xanax is
constipation. For people Biden's age that is a common problem, bought on by long term use of a benzodiazapine. To relieve the constipation he as to be given a purgative to clear it. And once administered there's no telling when the .... the dam will break, so to speak which could be the reason why he couldn't meet with the Pope. There's just no telling when he'll let loose.
