Believe it or not, it is illegal to ship to a New York address. I have a mail order catalog which states as much.

Asians are a ‘cash only’ society because they don’t pay taxes.

None of those nail salons, massages, etc. are reporting taxes. Know one that bought a $240,000 house with 6 cash payments. It’s how they roll.
