"Russian forces in Ukraine may have entered a possibly brief operational pause on March 5 as they prepare to resume operations against Kyiv, Kharkiv, Mykolayiv, and possibly Odesa in the next 24-48 hours. Russian troops did not launch major ground offensive operations against Kyiv, Kharkiv, or Mykolayiv in the last 24 hours. Ukrainian forces near Kharkiv, on the other hand, conducted a counter-offensive that reportedly penetrated to the Ukrainian-Russian border.
Key Takeaways
Russian forces conducted no major offensive operations against the cities of Kyiv, Kharkiv, or Mykolayiv in the past 24 hours; Russian troops continued to encircle, bomb, and shell Mariupol; Russian forces east of Kharkiv and in northern Luhansk Oblast appear to be trying to link up; Russian troops around Kherson city are likely preparing to resume offensive operations against Mykolayiv and ultimately Odesa; and Russian naval infantry in Crimea continue to prepare for amphibious operations, which would most likely occur near Odesa."

This site is perhaps the beat neutral site to get info from IMO
please they go into great detail
Thanks for posting. Always enjoy their analysis.
I just saw a video on TV of a Russian jet that had been shot down. It was definitely for real. Saw the canopy in the debris and the red star on the fuselage. The Ruskies will probably win but the Ukes are making them pay.
Pretty dramatic. One shot. One kill.
This is a Neocon globalist front group. Bill Kristol Jack Keane , Prtreaes are board members.
Sshhh!!! Don’t burst the rush to nuclear war bubble

This is the VERY first piece of information I’ve seen coming out of Ukraine that I’m tempted accept at face value. Thank you very much. Do you know where we can find a recap of the competing cease fire/peace negotiating positions? It’s as if they’ve been squelched.
Bttt.

Also one of the execreable Kagins
is listed as a founder.
I was concerned about that too but the site doesn’t seem to have hype and BS like many others (ABC/SeeBS,NBC,AP,Daily Mail,NYT,WaPo, etal)
.
If you have the time and energy much of the details can be confirmed on sites that our military folks use like Early Bird Brief and Military Times(links below)

The tipoff is the insertion of War Crimes! Crapola, a classic Neocon tipoff.
Try Pravda. There’s both a Russian and a Ukranian version
It’s biased but no worse than most US/UK media

I doubt the assessment that Russia will attempt to take Odessa anytime soon.
They have troops around Mykolaiv already. Mykolaiv is half the population of Odessa, but it is a much more important port on the Black Sea, the center of shipbuilding and Navy headquarters.
According to their map, Russian forces have it surrounded already and have pushed north on the east side of the Bug. The Russian naval troops may land on the west side of the Bug to seize the western approach to the highway bridge over the Bug and cut off supplies to Mykolaiv, although air power should pretty much isolate it already. The next upriver crossing is a rail bridge at Pisky, and then there are no bridges until Voznesens’k about 40 miles further upriver.
Traversing the coast from Kherson to Odessa appears almost impossible due to north south rivers and estuaries and reservoirs.
The occupation will be 10 times worse for Russia.
You can come in but you can’t leave
