"Key Points Taco Bell is launching a taco-a-day subscription program nationwide Thursday to drive more frequent visits.
Customers with the Taco Lover’s Pass can order one taco — a crunchy taco, soft taco, spicy potato soft taco, Doritos Locos taco or the supreme version of any of those — each day for 30 days straight on the chain’s app.
The pass costs around $10 a month, depending on the location.

If you like their food very worth it as the cheapest item from the taco selection (the spicy potato soft taco option) is $1.00 for one and the other options are approximately $2 and up. The downside is waiting in a long line for the food, which is normally the case at mine, plus time and gasoline cost. They are counting on you buying other items, or possibly for a few (like gym memberships) only coming a few times.
This isn’t going to last long.
If you do show up they for sure hope you’ll buy at least a 2nd item. If even 25% of folks do that it works out for TB.
Fun Fact: The Chicken Chipotle Melt is still available for $1, they just hid it in the Specialties section. Otherwise, yes very few true ‘value’ items left (4 other ‘dollar’ choices on Value Menu). RIP Beef and Rice Burrito.
Who the heck eats just ONE taco?
Are they warning people about the effects of dehydration on kidneys, etc.?
They also invented paint-on meat for their tacos.
If they sold real tacos I might try one but until then...
How do you use the Three Shells?
LOL!
Will your health insurance add a surcharge? Isn’t Taco Bell the one that got caught putting sawdust in their food?
What health insurance? Quick search says it is ‘wood pulp’ and is in several fast food places ‘food’. Do you drink orange pop? It contains ‘glycerol ester of wood rosin’. Mmmm!
No, I don’t.
