Absolutely, 100% agree. The CIA has been operating on US soil since its inception. Where do folks think they train, or practice their trade? It’s much easier, safer and cheaper to train and practice on US soil then in hostile, foreign territories. All of the alphabet agencies break the rules or law, but few rarely question it, so they get away with it.
Deep State trying to rehabilitate the last, best enemedia asset it blew for nothing.

And even this is manure. The town of Livingston Montana is less than 7600 people. And if a threatening discussion of one of their customers started, and obviously it was being filmed as Carlson knew it too by seeing the camera, they should have broken it up and dispatched the insulting aggressive person out the door instead of forcing the choice on Carlson to try to neutralize the insults or have to leave.
There are a number of celebs in the area and they know what to do. Otherwise they would not get the business. And there’s more than a dozen other fly shops in the town. It was a setup for pork news and to take a shot at Carlson for the sheep to buy into. They did, and are still doing, this to Trump.

At a minimum, Bailey’s a Montana native in the liberal pit of the Republican state (Livingston), but yes: He could have been recruited by CIA for their proprietary mission. Yet still he could have just been an opportunist, devoid of comprehension that he would be ‘discovered’.
I would like to know who shot the video: Bailey posted it directly to his Instagram account. Democrat shills are making it viral, yet the guy’s cajones are so small he couldn’t raise his voice.

Unlikely. There are enough desparate radical progressive types egged on by the agenda driven media, that any two of them could have gotten together to "teach Carlson a lesson."
