I’m not suggesting it couldn’t be CIA, but why in the world would they mess with Haiti? There is nothing to gain there from a strategic standpoint. Perhaps these guts were associated with the CIA and thought they were smart enough to pull off this operation. It looks to be a fiasco.
One must not forget, LeBrain is a thoroughbred.
1) The Bell Curve is real.

* - It would take many centuries of interbreeding to substantially effect the quandary defined above, so it is — for all intents and purposes — “perpetual”.
This is some of that international respect I’ve heard so much about.
Not long after Haiti won their independence, they started hunting down and killing every white person they could find, then worked into mixed race people when they ran out of whites, then invaded the then Spanish colony of what is now the Dominican Republic to repeat the process.
Fortunately, the Dominicans wanted nothing to do with it and drove them out. We often hear wailing about how Haiti was forced to pay reparations by the western powers as a price to emerge from diplomatic isolation. What we don't hear is the reason for it. Genocide has consequences.
