This issue has been lurking in the background for months. Where I live, there are almost no homes on the market for rent. The inventory of the number of homes for sale is at record lows, and when combined with historically low home mortgage rates, the prices at which homes are selling have gone through the roof.

Thats all our us taxpayers money being transfered from us to them by marxism. Its not compasion. Its for furthering socialist power and the beginnings of universal income.
And they are using our money to pay for it. They are as literally as possible taking it out of our poxkets by threat of govt force and redistributing it to those they deem more worthy to have it than we do. Our own flipping hard earned money.
“Landlords will be able” is not equal to landlords will actually collect.
“Banks will be able” is not equal to banks actually collecting.
The article presumes (and we will see if it is correct) that lots of the players are gonna be shorted...
Bailing people out never allows them to become smart enough and capable to deal with their own problems themselves. They never learn self-reliance and ingenuity.
Sympathy meter is pegged at zero. It’s no secret they owe the back rent immediately. The problem is the vagrants who will destroy the property on their way out.

There are long waiting lists in most areas for Section 8 vouchers.
Evicted deadbeats will have to find somewhere to live, or become homeless.
The socialists will let business do what it has to do to survive by the primaries of 2022 and then your government worshipping government will come with more rescue plans to buy votes for the fall elections.
This country has one hope. Turn to the God of the Bible through His Son according to His Word. Of course the people that went captured into Assyria and Babylon just wouldn’t honor that one God.
That right there should be enough to build up enough righteous anger in enough patriots that there would be changes.
There will be a breaking point with this too.

The very politicians that caused the problem in the first place will step forward seeking to address the latest crisis.
XM Patriot host Andrew Wilkow was recently discussing Black Rock’s acquisition of a lot of houses, and how a lot of their members have embedded within the Biden administration. If I’m not mistaken, a lot of those properties could be turned into low income, or economically diverse housing.
